Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa de diseños personalizados en zapatos de lona, ubicada en el cantón Ibarra provincia de Imbabura

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar un “ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA MICROEMPRESA DE DISEÑOS PERSONALIZADOS EN ZAPATOS DE LONA, UBICADA EN EL CANTÓN IBARRA PROVINCIA DE IMBABURA” para lo cual se desarrolla un diagnóstico situacional, identificando aspectos como: oferta actual, diseños, comercialización y proveedores, para tener una idea clara del problema a investigarse; incluye información científica del tema que aporta a la investigación mediante un sistema lógico de contenidos, permitiendo formar un criterio fundamentado. En el estudio de mercado se analiza resultados acerca de la oferta, demanda y precios, el cual se determina mediante una investigación directa hacia el segmento de mercado que se dirige el proyecto. La localización del proyecto es en un lugar estratégico donde existe una gran afluencia de personas, lo que favorece mejor visibilidad de la microempresa. Se establece la evaluación económica y financiera del proyecto, además de los indicadores básicos que ayudan a identificar la factibilidad del mismo. Se ha definido la estructura organizacional familiar, ya que es una pequeña microempresa, es decir trabaja con pocos empleados. Para concluir, se analizaron los posibles impactos que generará la ejecución del proyecto, proponiendo alternativas de prevención y mitigación de los impactos, y finalmente se determinan las conclusiones, recomendaciones y anexos respectivos. ABSTRACT The present research has as main objective to determine a "FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR CREATING A CUSTOM DESIGNS ON MICRO CANVAS SHOES, LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE OF CANTON IBARRA IMBABURA" for which purpose a situational analysis is developed, identifying aspects such as : current offering, designs, marketing and suppliers to have a clear idea of the problem to be investigated; this Theme includes scientific information that contributes to research by a logical system of content, allowing to form a reasoned judgment. In the market research results about supply, demand and prices, which is determined by direct research towards the market segment that the project targets. The project location is in a strategic location where there is a large influx of people, which it favors better visibility of microenterprise. Economic and financial evaluation of the project is established, in addition to the basic indicators that help to identify the feasibility. it has defined organizational familiar structure, it is a small microenterprises, it means it works with few employees. In conclusion, the potential impacts created by implementation of the project, proposing alternatives for prevention and mitigation of impacts, and finally the conclusions, recommendations and respective annexes are determined analyzed.
