| dc.description.abstract | Es inconcebible el mundo actual sin avances tecnológicos. Uno de los más importantes y que tendrá un tremendo impacto en el presente y en el futuro es la inteligencia artificial. En el sector de las empresas de servicios, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos, libros y revistas. Como resultado se pudo apreciar la tendencia mundial en la aplicación de las técnicas de inteligencia artificial y su repercusión en las distintas ramas de los servicios apreciándose cuanto se ha avanzado en su implementación y dándonos una idea lo más clara posible de los retos que faltan por vencer. | es_EC |
