dc.description.abstractEsta investigación analiza la incidencia del teletrabajo como alternativa para el desarrollo de organizaciones: caso Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG) de Pichincha-Ecuador. El estudio reveló que el 59% trabajó de forma presencial y el 41% realizó teletrabajo, consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria. Quienes aplicaron teletrabajo tuvieron dificultades de adaptación, pero se promovieron capacitaciones que facilitaron sus actividades. Los beneficios fueron: mejores relaciones familiares, mayor productividad y reducción de estrés; claves para que la organización labore de forma eficiente en su desarrollo organizacional.es_EC
