| Abstract: | La pertinencia pedagógica alrededor del juego influye en la práctica docente, puesto que el desconocimiento de este afecta en la calidad de su aplicación. Por ello el propósito principal del presente estudio fue analizar la calidad y pertinencia del empleodel juego en los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) del sector urbano del cantón Antonio Ante con la finalidad de que se determine el nivel de conocimiento y efectividad de las estrategias que usan las docentes. La investigación parte de un enfoque mixto, los métodos fueron inductivo-deductivo, se aplicó la encuesta y la observación, cuyos instrumentos fueron: el cuestionario y una ficha de registro respectivamente, la muestra fue de 36 docentes y 510 niños de hasta 36 meses en el nivel de Educación Inicial. El juego no es considerado como el recurso didáctico más importante para el logro de destrezas en los niños. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstract-en: | The pedagogical relevance of the game influences the teaching practice, since the lack of knowledge about it affects the quality of its application. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to analyze the quality and relevance of the use of games in the Child Development Centers (CDI) of the urban sectorof the Antonio Ante canton in order to determine the level of knowledge and effectiveness of the strategies used by teachers. The research is based on a mixed approach, the methods were inductive-deductive, the survey and observation were applied, whose instruments were: the questionnaire and a registration form respectively, the sample was of 36 teachers and 510 children up to 36 months in the Early Childhood Education level. Play is not considered the most important didactic resource for the achievement of skills in children. |
