dc.description.abstractEste artículo recoge detalles del diálogo con un grupo de artesanas, desde todos los espacios y contextos sociales pertenecientes a San Antonio de Ibarra. El objetivo de esta investigación es estudiar el caso de las mujeres artesanas del sector, su aporte en el reconocimiento de la calidad de las artesanías y profundizar en su experiencia de vida. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo, aplicando entrevistas semi estructuradas, a mujeres inmersas en este oficio y a la representante del colectivo “Madera de Mujeres”, así como un registro de la participación de las representantes en el festival “San Antuko” organizado por “Casa Durazno” el 13 de agosto de 2022 y el monitoreo de redes sociales del colectivo. Como resultado se evidenció la trayectoria y experiencia de vida en la producción artesanal femenina del sector y los retos que han enfrentado al ser mujeres artesanas. El resultado más relevante expuso que la mujer estuvo siempre inmersa en la labor artesanal de una manera indirecta, siendo sus ahnelos lograr visibilidad y el justo reconocimiento de su trabajo, esto puede ser una oportunidad para promocionar a San Antonio de Ibarra.es_EC

dc.description.abstract-enThis article collects of the dialogue with a group of artisans, from all spaces and social contexts from San Antonio de Ibarra. The objective of this research is to study the case of women artisans in the sector, their contribution to the recognition of the quality of handicrafts and to deepen their life experience. The research has a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope, applying semi-structured interviews, to women immersed in this trade and to the representative of the “Madera de Mujeres” collective, as well as a record of the participation of the representatives in the “San Antuko” festival organized by “Casa Durazno” on August 13, 2022 and the monitoring of the collective’s social networks. As a result, the trajectory and life experience in the female artisan production of the sector and the challenges they have faced as artisan women were evidenced. The most relevant result evidenced that the woman has always been immersed in the artisan work in an indirect way, being her desires to achieve visibility and the fair recognition of her work, this can be an opportunity to promote San Antonio de Ibarra.es_EC
