| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la ética profesional aplicada a las agencias de aduana. La metodología de investigación usada fue Documental, De campo y Descriptiva, que mediante la técnica de la encuesta se logró recolectar datos que permitieron conocer el comportamiento y actuar de los profesionales del área de comercio exterior en las agencias aduaneras. La aplicación de la ética profesional en el comercio exterior es un acto obligatorio para todo profesional y agencia de aduana en el marco de la libertad de oferta de servicios vía conocimientos sistemáticos, metódicos y racionales. Desde el ámbito académico se concluye que el desempeño de actividades propias del agenciamiento aduanero se suma a la responsabilidad social de actuar en concordancia con la Constitución Política, leyes de la República, principios éticos y valores morales, plasmados en acciones auxiliares de la función pública aduanera que garanticen a sus usuarios integridad, calidad de servicio e imagen calificada como honesta, respetuosa y justa. La ética debe entenderse primero como el compromiso de ser buena persona y luego profesional íntegro. | es_EC |

| dc.description.abstract-en | The objective of this research was to analyze the professional ethics applied to customs agencies. The research methodology used was documentary, field and descriptive, using the survey technique to collect data that allowed us to learn about the behavior and actions of professionals around foreign trade in customs agencies. The application of professional ethics in foreign trade is an obligatory act for all professionals and Customs agencies within the framework of the freedom to offer services through systematic, methodical, and rational knowledge. From the academic field, it is concluded that the performance of customs agency activities adds to the social responsibility of acting in accordance with the Political Constitution, the laws of the Republic, ethical principles, and moral values, embodied in auxiliary actions of the public customs function that guarantees its users integrity, quality of service and an image qualified as honest, respectful, and fair. Ethics must be understood first as the commitment to be a good person and then a professional of integrity. | es_EC |
