dc.description.abstractLas microempresas textiles de Otavalo gestionan la calidad de sus prendas de manera empírica por lo que no se conoce cómo esto afecta a la productividad empresarial. Por lo tanto, se realizó un estudio descriptivo con los indicadores de la gestión de calidad y la productividad, basados en la teoría de Juran y la teoría de la productividad laboral respectivamente. En consecuencia, se obtuvo que los indicadores de calidad y productividad se aplican efectivamente en las microempresas textiles de Otavalo.es_EC
