| Abstract: | Las microempresas textiles de Otavalo gestionan la calidad de sus prendas de manera empírica por lo que no se conoce cómo esto afecta a la productividad empresarial. Por lo tanto, se realizó un estudio descriptivo con los indicadores de la gestión de calidad y la productividad, basados en la teoría de Juran y la teoría de la productividad laboral respectivamente. En consecuencia, se obtuvo que los indicadores de calidad y productividad se aplican efectivamente en las microempresas textiles de Otavalo. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstract-en: | The Otavalo textile micro-enterprises manage the quality of their garments empirically, so it is not known how this affects the business productivity. Therefore, a descriptive study was carried out with the indicators of quality management and productivity, based on the Juran theory and the theory of labor productivity, respectively. Consequently, it was obtained that the indicators of quality and productivity are applied effectively in the textile micro-enterprises of Otavalo. |
