| Resumen : | Es inconcebible el mundo actual sin avances tecnológicos. Uno de los más importantes y que tendrá un tremendo impacto en el presente y en el futuro es la inteligencia artificial. En el sector de las empresas de servicios, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos, libros y revistas. Como resultado se pudo apreciar la tendencia mundial en la aplicación de las técnicas de inteligencia artificial y su repercusión en las distintas ramas de los servicios apreciándose cuanto se ha avanzado en su implementación y dándonos una idea lo más clara posible de los retos que faltan por vencer. |
| Abstract: | Today's world is inconceivable without technological advances. One of the most important and that will have a tremendous impact in the present and the future is Artificial Intelligence. A bibliographic review of mainstream scientific articles, books, and magazines dealing with the subject was carried out. As a result, it was possible to appreciate the world trend in the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques and its impact on the different branches of services, appreciating how much progress has been made in its implementation and giving us the most precise possible idea of the challenges that remain to be overcome. |
