| Abstract: | A partir de la observación participante, la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas y el análisis documental, se estudia la competencia investigativa de los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Económicas de la Universidad Técnica del Norte; el análisis de la teoría y el desarrollo de cursos de capacitación propiciaron el redimensionamiento de la competencia investigativa en el modo de actuación profesional de los docentes, lo que constituye el objetivo de este artículo; el resultado de investigación se revela en el desarrollo de los proyectos, la definición de un banco de problemas, la organización de la actividad científica y el incremento de las publicaciones científicas. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstract-en: | The research competence of teachers from the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the North Technical University is studied based on the application of participant observation, surveys, interviews and document analysis. Theory analys is and the development of upgrading courses propitiated the remodeling of the research competence in the professional performance of teachers which is the objective of this paper. The results of the paper are revealed in the development of projects, the definition of a problem bank, the organization of scientific activity and the increase of scientific publications. |
