| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo presenta una investigación sobre la influencia del género en el gobierno corporativo en la industria textil delEcuador, basada en antecedentes que destacan la importancia de abordar la desigualdad de género en el entorno empresarial. Los objetivos principales de la investigación fueron determinar la influencia del género en los niveles de gobierno empresarial y verificar dos hipótesis formuladas al respecto. Se utilizó una metodología mixta,que incluyó encuestas dirigidas a empleados del sector textil.Los resultados resaltaron la importancia del género en la toma de decisiones y la estructura de gobierno en la industria textil ecuatoriana. | es_EC |
