| dc.description.abstract | Al plantear estrategias específicas para alcanzar metas y evaluar el desempeño, constituye un motor para la mejora personal. El objetivo del estudio fue proponer la dimensión gnoseológica en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los problemas de la profesión, a partir del análisis del contenido de la asignatura “Elementos de los Sistemas Hidráulicos y Neumáticos” en la profesión del Ingeniero Automotriz, como respuesta a los desafíos de la profesión. Se concluyó que el docente mediante la actualización innovadora en los contenidos conforme a los avances tecnológicos contribuye de forma significativa a las competencias del egresado. | es_EC |
