| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio tenía como objetivo diseñar varias formulaciones antimicrobianas basadas en metabióticos obtenidos de diferentes especies nativas de LAB (Lactobacillus pentosus UTNGt5, Lactococcus lactis UTNGt28 y Weissella cibaria UTNGt21O) y detectar el posible modo de acción hacia dos cepas multirresistentes de Staphylococcus aisladas de aguacate (Persea nubigena var. guatemalensis) frutas. Además, la formulación con mayor actividad inhibitoria se probó ex vitro en aguacates en la etapa de madurez inmadura (firme) para evaluar su efecto sobre el crecimiento de los microorganismos y los atributos de calidad del fruto tras la cosecha. | es_EC |
