dc.description.abstract-enThis report highlights the need to understand the key factors for the competitive success of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Ibero-America, in the face of geopolitical uncertainty and digital transformation. It emphasises that clear strategies and talent management are fundamental drivers for overcoming structural weaknesses, increasing productivity and ensuring adaptation to change. The 2024 edition specifically focuses on talent management as a critical element due to the scarcity of qualified personnel in certain sectors. Effective management not only facilitates employee retention and satisfaction, but also reduces costs associated with recruitment and training, thereby ensuring the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the firm.es_EC
