| Abstract: | Esta investigación analiza la incidencia del teletrabajo como alternativa para el desarrollo de organizaciones: caso Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG) de Pichincha-Ecuador. El estudio reveló que el 59% trabajó de forma presencial y el 41% realizó teletrabajo, consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria. Quienes aplicaron teletrabajo tuvieron dificultades de adaptación, pero se promovieron capacitaciones que facilitaron sus actividades. Los beneficios fueron: mejores relaciones familiares, mayor productividad y reducción de estrés; claves para que la organización labore de forma eficiente en su desarrollo organizacional. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstract-en: | This research analyzes the incidence of teleworking as an alternative for the development of organizations: the case of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) of Pichincha-Ecuador. The study revealed that 59% worked in person and 41% teleworked, as a result of the health crisis. Those who applied telework had adaptation difficulties, but training was promoted that facilitated their activities. The benefits were: better family relationships, increased productivity and stress reduction; keys for the organization to work efficiently in its organizational development. |
